Cyrile Vigneron, Chairman of Culture and Philanthropy, Former President and CEO of Cartier
On September 1st, 2024, Cyrille Vigneron took on the new role of Chairman of Cartier Culture and Philanthropy, after successfully leading Cartier as President and Chief Executive Officer from January 1st 2016, to 30th August 2024.
Prior to that tenure, Cyrille Vigneron was President of LVMH Japan (2014-2015) and worked for Richemont (1988 - 2013), where he held various positions including Managing Director of Cartier Europe (2005-2013), President of Richemont Japan (2002-2005) and Managing Director of Cartier Japan (1997-2002).
Charlie Smith, Chief Marketing Officer of LOEWE
Charlie Smith is the Chief Marketing & Communication Officer at LOEWE, an LVMH brand which has undergone a transformation in recent years, enjoying a period of rapid growth under the creative direction of British designer Jonathan Anderson.
Charlie began his professional career working at various advertising agencies in the UK and the US, with clients including the BBC, Madison Square Garden, Microsoft, Nestlé, Nike, Nokia, Tiffany & Co and the UK Government. Prior to joining LOEWE, he led the Google account at R/GA London. His Career achievements incude; stirring Loewe to the top of the Lyst hottest brands index in Q2 of 2023 + 2024, orchestrating the LOEWE x On collaboration, the launch of LOEWE’S Crafted World exhibition, Shanghai and Partnering with the Met Gala 2024
Adrien Da Maia, Courrèges ex-CEO, entrepreneur & investor
A graduate of HEC Business School in Paris, Adrien Da Maia began an entrepreneurial career in fashion by joining Surface to Air, the creative collective known for its iconic product collaborations with the likes of Justice, Kid Cudi, Kim Gordon or Chromeo. Adrien became partner & CEO at age 24 and further developed the brand and its retail footprint.
In 2020, Adrien was appointed President & CEO of the heritage luxury house Courrèges by François-Henri Pinault, Chairman of Kering & Artemis Group. Working alongside the newly appointed Artistic Director Nicolas Di Felice, Adrien oversaw a complete brand repositioning and turnaround of the business, from brand identity to merchandising strategy, image & communication as well as retail development. The duo also launched menswear in 2021 and created a new range of fragrances and scents, all developed in-house in less than a year. During his 4-year tenure, headcount increased 4x, revenue increased 20x, and Courrèges reclaimed its influence as a global luxury brand. Adrien’s experience and leadership balance entrepreneurial dynamism with a strong culture of excellence.
Tatiana Dupond, Director of Luxury, Fashion and Beauty at TikTok
Tatiana Dupond is a senior executive leader with 18 years of experience managing global teams and guiding luxury fashion and beauty brands on their communication and marketing strategies. She is currently the Director of Beauty, Luxury, and Fashion at TikTok, where, for the past 2 years, she has led brands in exploring innovative ways to connect and create on TikTok Prior to TikTok, Tatiana spent 7 years at LinkedIn, where she built and led a global luxury division. Earlier in her career, she worked at The New York Times in Paris, developing new content forms for fashion brands
Tommaso Sica, Head of Circularity and New Business Models at Chloé
A graduate in Marketing Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Tommaso has spent nearly 15 years in the fashion industry between Paris and Milan, with a focus on communication and, more recently, sustainability. Since joining Chloé in 2019, he has been advancing the brand’s circularity initiatives, supporting its environmental goals and exploring new business models that resonate with today’s luxury consumers.
Jonathan Siboni, CEO & Co-founder of Luxurynsight
A graduate from ESSEC, La Sorbonne and SciencesPo, Jonathan has been working on luxury brands' expansion for 15 years. Convinced that the future of luxury lied in brands’ ability to leverage data to anticipate and adapt to ever quicker changes, he founded Luxurynsight in 2011. Luxurynsight is a leader in providing data-driven solutions for luxury, fashion and beauty brands. Leveraging technologies and unrivaled expertise of Chinese fast-moving ecosystem, Luxurynsight accelerates data-driven transformation of industryleading clients such as LVMH, Hermes, Chanel, Coty, Shiseido, La Prairie etc.Luxurynsight won the Vivatech x BPI France Luxury Innovation Award in 2021 for a ground-breaking solution in luxury brands desirability monitoring. Jonathan is visiting Professor at ESSEC and SciencesPo, where he co-created the Masters in Luxury. He is a regular speaker at international conferences and has been featured in publications such as Bloomberg, Vogue, Fortune, Forbes, Luxury Briefing etc.

Pierre-Nicolas Hurstel, CEO & Co-Founder of Arianee
Pierre-Nicolas Hurstel is the CEO & Co-Founder of Arianee. Founded in 2018, Arianee develops digital product passports and e-maintenance booklets solutions, intended to promote the circular economy by attaching dynamic, interoperable data, controlled by users and consultable by the various stakeholders throughout the life of the product.
Arianee solutions impact millions of consumers by powering a more circular business model and better customer engagement. Based in Paris, Arianee counts major brands as clients, including Richemont Group, Breitling, Moncler, Panerai, Mugler, Lacoste and Y/Project. Selected in the Vogue Business 100 Innovators List in the Tech & Web3 category in 2022, Hurstel is a keynote speaker at major global events such as Web Summit, NFT NYC, EthCC, NFT Paris, Premiere Vision, Who’s Next and BoF Voices. He has given hundreds of talks for brands and schools including INSEAD, HEC, IFM Paris and Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.
Ashley McDonell, Founder, Tech Powered Luxury
Ashley McDonnell is an Irish entrepreneur who has spent her 10 year career working at the intersection of luxury and technology, with roles at Google, LVMH and PUIG. A Forbes Under 30 Delegate and Founder of globally ranked podcast Tech Powered Luxury, Ashley also guest lectures at HEC, NEOMA and ESSEC Business Schools.
